It is common that install fails on the OBB file install with this error

Ensure you are using a USB2 cable or USB2 port - (if you are using the cable that comes with Quest or a Link cable (USB3), they are known to be unreliable for larger file transfers)

Black Screen Issues
As it is a large game we recommend you wait a few minutes for it to load. If you have a black screen on opening for more than a few minutes you may not have installed both the APK & OBB files. We recommend you reinstall the app.
Name change /Permissions
Select the Wrench Icon along the top row of the Sidequest desktop app then scroll to Pavlov settings.
