This can happen for the following reasons:

 

  • The internet connection between your computer and the file host has been interrupted.

    • If install fails try more than once.

  • Your cable is faulty or the wrong type, which is causing an interruption to the install.

    • Ensure you are using a USB2 cable or USB2 port - (if you are using the cable that comes with Quest or a Link cable (USB3), they are known to be unreliable for larger file transfers). Try a different USB port and/or USB2 cable. A standard cable that comes with a mobile phone will work.

  • The download link on the listing is broken.

    • Tell us which app is producing the error and we will test.
