In order to get updates for your apps you must have a SideQuest account. You can subscribe to apps for updates and add apps to your wishlist as well as leave reviews for your favourite apps. You can sign up for a SideQuest account by clicking here.

Access your Library

You can access the library section of the user dashboard from the user menu on the top right.

You can see which apps have updates on the list on the right. Click “Update All” to update all your apps at once.

If you have updated but forgot to connect your device, you can re-run the update

Go to your Dashboard > My Sidequest > Recently Updated > Re-run update

What about my apps already installed?

SideQuest will only subscribe you to apps you install while you are signed into your SideQuest account. For apps you have already installed you will need to install them again to subscribe for updates.

You can manually update an app but visiting the listing and select Install to headset- this will install the latest version available.

For apps purchased / installed via Itch.io / Patreon or other- you need to visit those sites to update. You can visit from within the Sidequest desktop app and when you select install it will automatically start.
